How do I sign in?
Use your club-provided account or your email if your sponsor enabled email sign‑in.
I’m not receiving notifications.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Key Club App and enable alerts. Also ensure you’re signed in and have allowed notifications in the App.
App is crashing or frozen.
Please force‑quit and relaunch. If it continues, email us with steps to reproduce and your device model/iOS version.
Send an email to keyclub-support@yourdomain.com with the subject line Delete My Key Club App Data from the email you used in the App. We’ll verify and remove your account and associated personal data, then confirm by email.
We post highlights of each update inside the App after major releases.
